- I found out about the Eilik, a little robot friend :3 I saw a demo where they are very interactive, and if you have multiple, they will talk to each other! I went on the Eilik subreddit and there seemed to be software problems that bricked the Eilik though :S I also have a fear of getting bored of toys that require lots of interaction so I don't know if I would necessarily buy one :S (Link)

Chinese History

- I was trying to research whether princes not born of the Empress would call the Empress Muhou. Couldn't find much but for sure princes would only call their own mothers Mufei (Link)
- I was researching whether princes could hold administrative positions in the bureaucracy. The answer's yes and no. A lot of the examples given were princes who were not the son of the current emperor, so either had a distance from the royal family, or were princes of another dynasty. As well, a lot of the titles given were administrative and not substantive, such as governor of certain places without actually residing there. It also seems that the princes tended to have positions that...didn't have very specific duties? Of the examples given, princes were often given positions of general, or very high positions, and none of the actual positions to do with running the country (e.g. Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Works), which I guess may constitute middle management here. As well, not a lot of princes would take on high civil positions such as Chancellor. Li Shimin was given as the example of the one prince who did become Chancellor, but I'm not sure about his timeline and whether he was son of Emperor and Chancellor at the same time. (Link)

Apparently when the information was trending (rather recently), Zitao kind of ridiculed it, but it wasn't really clear what he was ridiculing.
