Review: Kill Bill: Volume 1 (2003)
Saturday, May 22nd, 2021 12:42This movie was interesting. It's definitely not for everybody, but I appreciate its impact.
I would probably only recommend it for people who don't mind a movie that is more style than anything else. I'm not sure if this is because the movie is a bit dated, but there are also some things in it that I was iffy about, so even as a style movie, it wasn't what I'd consider a favourite. I would definitely warn this movie for violence, so don't watch if you're squeamish. I am squeamish but I wanted to see this movie and I just averted my eyes when there was something yucky.
As this is the first of a duology, the story doesn't end, but the story is extremely simple anyway.
