As was in last season, the story did get a little messy, but it culminated into an exciting cliffhanger. I was told that this season was gearing up for the end of the series and I can see it. It did lag a bit in the middle but I mostly got hyped at the very end lol.

The whole season was a bit hazy for me. This is usually what happens in the season-by-season format of Western shows, when minor storylines start to be fleshed out and the story has to spread its attention over more topics. That being said I thought the end of this season was more intriguing than the end of the last season, but that’s also because it was more of an unfinished cliffhanger. But at the very least, I was more excited to watch season 4 than I was season 3. I’d say that the writing in season 3 was overall a bit better than season 2 but not as good as season 1.

This season was still ok but not as strong as season 1 in my opinion. Not bad enough to keep me away from watching season 3, I guess. I think there was some heavy handed writing in which the writers didn’t trust the audience to come to their conclusions and it made for rather cheesy parts at times.

This was great, I really enjoyed this first season of the Boys. Non stop moving plot with some interesting and relevant themes. I will definitely be watching the next season.

This was a really interesting documentary on Roman life. It wasn't comprehensive because there are only three episodes, but I really appreciated that it went into the daily lives of Romans as opposed to the great and famous that may be more recognizable.

This was a documentary about the abuse that occurred on the sets of Nickelodeon kids’ shows. It’d blown up recently and that was how I heard about it. I thought it was a decent documentary that reminded us both of how vulnerable kids are when you put them in positions of employment, and also the importance of tone at the top and top executives in setting an example.

Just as adorable as last season. If you enjoyed the first one, you'll enjoy this one!

Extremely adorable documentary!! I'm just coming off of the famed BBC Earth and Frozen Planet documentaries and I felt that the quality of this documentary was on par with those. Would definitely recommend this documentary for those who like nature documentaries.

This was another short BBC documentary focusing on the coldest parts of the earth. I think it felt a little more repetitive than BBC's other documentaries and perhaps could have been shortened a bit. However, it didn't make the wildlife footage any less impressive.

This was a pretty short documentary series that explored the way life developed from cells to the way that we are now. I liked it, I thought it was pretty interesting, and its length made it an easy binge.

This was only a three-episode documentary so I binged it in one sitting. This documentary had an interesting angle, focusing on what our normal eyes cannot see.

Once again, another BBC nature documentary that did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this.

This was the last season to the Borgia series, wrapping up the story of the nuclear family of Rodrigo Borgia. I think it ended the series well enough, especially with the coda.

This second season was more of a development arc for our main characters and less dramatic than last season. Nonetheless I still couldn't stop watching and I do think the characters go through necessary changes.

So this show was not as well made as I'd hoped it was, and yet I still couldn't really stop watching it. It definitely went for shock value over good acting or suspenseful plot. I haven't seen the other Borgias TV show featuring Jeremy Irons but I would hazard a guess that that was more well done than this show considering how much more popular that show was than this one was. That being said, I can't stop watching this mess of a family and will continue on to the next season lol.

I think the second season of HBO Rome was a bit messy compared to the first season. I had heard that this show was supposed to be longer, but due to budget reasons was cut short, and as a result, several seasons’ worth of events was fit into one.

Admittedly, I lost interest in the show about halfway through. I felt that the show was focusing on stories that were not properly developed. I understood the logic behind the decisions the characters made, but I just didn’t feel invested in them as I had in the first season, and this was likely due to the condensed timeline.

I probably wouldn’t say that the second season was exactly good (especially compared to the first season), but it is only ten episodes, so I can see most people watching this season for completion's sake. And while the story wasn't my favourite, it was still a passable show with nice visuals.

This was pretty good. I can see why people liked this show. Apart from the racy stuff (sex, murder, etc.), the show is also told in a way that is entertaining and well-paced.

I would recommend this show, though only for those who don't mind graphic content. I have heard that the second season isn't as good because the writers were trying to fits seasons' worth of content in one season, so I shall temper my expectations.

I'll be honest, I didn't like this season very much. What drew me into the show in season 1 was how tech played such a big role in contextualizing the characters' relationships with one another. However, by season 4, tech was in the background, and the show tried to build its story around its character, which I was not as interested in compared how they engaged with tech.

Anyway, I would probably recommend season 1, but not anything further than that. The other seasons aren't terribad, but they definitely don't measure up to season 1 in my opinion.

This season was more similar to season 2 in terms of the story. I still prefer season 1 out of the three that I've watched so far, but the end of season 3 seems to be setting up season 4 to have a story that is more similar to season 1. Considering this season as a standalone, it was still alright, but I wasn't wowed like I was with season 1.

I was kind of disappointed by this season because I was expecting it to be better than last season. In terms of the story, I thought season 1 was more unique and compelling than season 2.
